Thank you for bringing your retail consumer dispute to TMS the only totally free mediation service. TMS strives to get your issues brought to the attention of the retailer as fast and as effectively as possible. Although TMS does not take sides in the dispute but attempts to resolve problems between retailers and consumers. TMS strives to remain impartial and get the dispute solved as quickly and as fairly as possible.

TMS's goal is to attempt to resolve disputes and complaints involving consumers and retailers that involve the retail products and services. Form of disputes/complaints can be related to the way the retailer advertised the product or the way the product was sold. TMS’s free service only applies to retail products and services and does not in any way offer its mediation services in regards to litigants involved in litigation. TMS’s goal is to resolve disputes between businesses and retail consumer before they rise to the level of litigation.

TMS does not provide information about retailers (or consumers) but instead strives to resolve bona fide disputes between parties. TMS does not endorse or certify a particular retailer, product or service.

Your complaint will be forwarded to the company as soon as is practical. TMS asks that the retailer respond as soon as is practical by explaining that free informal mediation is preferable to other more complicated forms of dispute resolution.

TMS asks that when you file a mediation request, you provided alternate means of contact so that our TMS team might get in touch with you as soon as possible. A TMS team member will contact you personally to provide you your resolution as soon possible.

Remember TMS cannot attempt to resolve your dispute/Complaint if you do not provide your contact information.
